The stages of processing your case for work visas and Green Cards:
1
Free consultation
Analysis of your situation and visa selection by a licensed attorney within 48 hours after filling out your form.

2
Comprehensive immigration planning
A data collection manager conducts a thorough interview, gathers detailed information about your case, structures it, and forwards it to the licensed attorney to create an initial strategy to meet criteria and file the case.
3
Case handling
Your case is managed by a professional team consisting of highly specialized professionals using a 4-step document verification system. In the first step, a paralegal gathers documents, a case manager reviews them, followed by the strategy department editing, and finally, the licensed attorney provides the final approval.
4
Memorandum and case submission to the immigration service
The memorandum is the final document that consolidates all collected materials into one, describing the law, evidence analysis, precedents, and a detailed description of the case with supporting evidence. After its preparation, the attorney submits the case to the immigration service.
5
Embassy communication
Embassy communication department manages your support from the approval of the case until the visa is received in your passport.

Congratulations on the approval of your visa or Green Card!
